Surrender
Set down what is not yours
When you are carrying tomorrow as well as today
Separate what is yours to do from what you cannot decide for someone else. Your preparation, honesty, effort, and boundaries belong to you. Another person’s readiness and every future outcome do not.
Choose the next useful step. If a concern must wait until tomorrow, write that step down and let rest have its place tonight. Surrender can be a pause in the demand for certainty.
What can I act on today, and what can I set down for now?
