Acceptance
Begin with what is here
When you are tired of arguing with the moment
Name what is happening as plainly as you can. Notice the difference between the event itself and the story that it will always be this way. You can acknowledge what is real without approving of it or giving up your ability to respond.
Take one breath, then consider what this moment asks of you. It may be rest, grief, a conversation, a boundary, or practical help. Acceptance can make room for action.
What is true right now, and what is one response that would help?
